First interview with Ops Mgr, and second interview with global head of supply chain. In-depth interview to discuss experience in supply chain and more specifically how to mitigate risks. The company was purchased by Pfeiffer Vacuum and adjusting to increased product demand and need to find sourcing alternatives.

First contact at job fair. 3.5 hr drive to Yreka, CA to interview. Met with various heads of departments, my would be boss and his boss - the President of Operations. That was nerve racking. As it turned out I'm glad I met the President because he is the one who made the call to bring me in even when my would be boss was considering a welder for the position.

Everyone seemed really friendly, I was asked about my personal goals, my family and home life, and whether or not I anticipated any life-changing activities in the next five years.
