The interview was easy with the hr rep but I applied for sales manager and at the interview I found out it was a real estate agent position.
No fixed salary but only commission from sales. This made me not take this position seriously.

HR seemed unprepared and expressed frustration with the process.
There seemed to be no structure to the interview.
Most likely HR needs some support and training in the recruitment division.
