Received an initial video interview and then an in person interview. The initial video interview was mostly stock questions not directly related to the job such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "what is one time you failed, and what did you learn from that experience?". During the in person interview we talked mostly about the company culture and how the interviewee would fit into the company. Questions were about personality. Roles, salary (partially commission based), hours, and employee growth progression were also discussed. Seemed like they were actively recruiting as many as possible and the in person interview was more like an orientation. The job I applied for was Account Representative and was described similarly to a data/financial analyst. I declined the job offer as rather than doing that they wanted me to begin work as a door to door salesperson before moving up.

The interview process is not particularly difficult. The head of the company and the staff are very friendly.I went through two rounds of interviews in a week.The first interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer briefed me on my background and asked me what I would do if I had any problems at work. In the second interview, the interviewer asked me about my background again and introduced me to the main responsibilities of the company.
