I applied through other source. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was about an hour over the phone with an engineering manager. This was my first ever internship interview so I was nervous, but overall the experience was not that bad. No technical questions asked, all behavioral. Questions had to do with demonstrated leadership, areas of improvement, work ethic, experience working with others, handling difficult partners. Be prepared to answer all of those and be honest but be smart when answering. Everyone's experience will be different, but I heard back with an offer the next day.
