The process was very organized, I was always kept in the know, everyone was extremely professional, and the people were all very warm and inviting. I can't say enough good things about the recruiter that I worked with. She kept me very informed and I never had to wait longer than what she predicted I would wait to hear about next steps.

Initial panel Interview with the supervisors from your prospective unit and other hospital area supervisors. Approximately 7-10 people.
2nd interview with the medical surgical director
final interview with the chief nursing officer.
