The interview process was easy, you basically had the job they just want to get to know you. They asked me around 5 questions. They were very friendly and not intimidating at all.

Friendly interviewer but confusing about how Northstar runs such as how the tip system works, and seems a bit strict about jewelry and clothes. Overall pretty good experience and have a preview shift
