Te contactan por medio de una llamado o mensaje de whastapp y la entrevista es virtual y el proceso fue muy rápido, Duración de la entrevista aprox 35 minutos y posterior a eso presentas un Business case en las oficinas con los demas candidatos

I applied to one of their internship pipelines, and got approached by a hiring manager which wanted a remote interview. The interview was very pleasant mostly them explaining the role and I got to talk a bit about myself. After that, they decided to book a second interview where I got to present a case in person. However the hiring manager seemed very concerned that I wouldn’t fit because I am an engineer in a business related department, I got disappointed that they wasted my time if they didn’t see me as a good fit anyway from the beginning because of my studies. I get very confused by them asking how would i fit if they are the ones approaching in the first place. I think it’s very unprofessional to waste somebody’s time like that, when it had nothing to do with the interview itself.
