Sr test manager is Taking interview of Sr project Manager . The Hr told me he is senior person he will evaluate me , I asked how can he evaluate me I am Sr. Project Manager, He must be old in that company. I don't know how come a test manager evaluate a Sr consultant/Project Manager, does he know program approval , does he know agreement approval , does he know brd sign of , does he knows LOI, Does he knows project plan , critical path method, scoping , I don't know on what basis he can evaluate
