Number 41 Media interview questions

I applied for this same position twice, once in 2024 and again this year. Both times, I was invited for an interview. The conversation flowed well; it was a not-too-formal chat about my experience. The interviewer was friendly, but the problem came after the interview. On both occasions, I was told I could send emails if I had any questions about the position or the hiring process. After weeks without any response, I sent an email saying that I was very interested in the position, enjoyed the conversation and wanted to know the status of the hiring process and I was ignored both times. The level of disregard, bordering on rudeness, is unbelievable. You spend your time applying for the job, preparing for the interview, attending the interview, and they don’t even have the decency to send or reply to an email with feedback, even if it’s just a generic message letting you know whether you were successful or not.
