I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at O2B Kids (Gainesville, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
The first interview was over the phone, the a group interview, and then callbacks, also in a group setting. We got to play with kids. It was overall fun and easy.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at O2B Kids (Gainesville, FL) in July 2013
Interview
Had to go to the school to apply. The application had the basic questions plus riddles and other various activities you had to complete.
Called for a group interview two weeks later. The group had about 12 people. Everyone took turns answering basic questions and then they divided the group to create a song or a skit.
Called back the next day to invite me to the second group interview with 6 people. We played board games with some school aged kids who asked us questions while an employee observed us. Two people at a time were then called to one of two rooms to either get interviewed by 3 kids while an employee observed or get questioned by a panel of three directors. When you talked to the directors, they told you how much they would be able to pay you so you can decide if you want to continue to the next interview or not.
I got called the next morning to get invited to the third interview but I declined.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
To come up with a song or skit in ten minutes is tough because everyone's not on the same page.
It was also unexpected when the kids started interviewing us but they mostly asked fun questions like what's your favorite color.
