OSHClub interview questions

Underwent a group interview, where they gave me hypothetical situations on how I would deal with emergencies arising in childcare (e.g. a student bullying another, a child in an accident). Afterwards I had to fill out a form on what I could teach the kids, and draw something which I had to describe to the interviewers. Think they were testing me on my communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching kids.

It was quite relaxed and group focused. The hiring manager introduced the parent company, and then ran group activities while coordinators ran one-on-one interviews. Because this was a few days before covid related shutdowns, the recruitment process was held on hold until the pandemic was under control — the process took longer.
