First stage via video call, conversation with HR Manager. Questions were generic and quick. Little interest in my experience, scripted questions. No response or feedback for weeks. Generic decline email sent almost a month after initial interview.

If the application is successful, you'll receive an online timed exercise where you have to formulate sample answers to customer service queries but on a very short timeline. If they like your answers they'll call you for an in-person interview.
