I applied online. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Johannesburg)
Interview
Applied on their site, got a first 15 minute phone call interview, went silent for 3 months then called into office for 1 hour interview, silent for 4 months, recieved a job offer thereafter for an intern designer position with my details incorrectly written onto the offer letter. Sad first experience with an agency I wanted to work with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions were as expected, but an odd one they asked me was - which Harry Potter house I fit into so they could base that off of who's team I would fit in with better.
First stage interview with hr about half an hour
Interview with the manager about 1 hour
Presented my task with the same manager and another digital designer person on call.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ogilvy in July 2024
Interview
Overall, the conversation was insightful, yet I felt a lack of constructive feedback. Additional rounds would have provided deeper insights and enhanced the decision-making process for everyone involved. Engaging in multiple discussions could have fostered a richer exchange of ideas, allowing participants to clarify their thoughts and address any lingering questions. This iterative approach would likely lead to more informed decisions and a stronger collaborative atmosphere
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Buenos Aires) in May 2024
Interview
Primera entrevista con RRHH directamente por teléfono, a la segunda entrevista fue una videollamada con el equipo de otro país, en inglés. Fueron todos muy amables y claros. Se notaba que se toman el tiempo de conocer tu trabajo y se interesan por él.
