Sent in my application - later I was sent an email with my name in all caps (obviously autofilled), and said they were moving me to the next round, and I just had to complete a questionnaire.
I open the questionnaire, and it's all questions that should've been on the initial application. I answer them, obviously meeting the JD requirements - and a week later on a Sunday, I am sent a rejection letter with my name autofilled in caps not just once but TWICE.
Obviously, this company lacks professionalism and if that's how they treat their applicants, I can't imagine how employees or clients are treated.

The Olly Olly Recruiting Team
I applied online. I interviewed at Olly Olly (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2026
Interview
I had the initial interview, which was great, informative, and straight to the point. Matt asked about my experience and how I thought that would help in this position. I now have a second interview that I'm looking forward to.

They asked what was the best sales advice I ever received.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Olly Olly in Oct 2025
Interview
Interviewed with the Chief of Staff. She was an amazing representative of the company and did a great job pitching the opportunity. Ultimately, it wasn't the right fit, however, I appreciated her follow-up communication and candor.
