I received the "Congratulations! You made it to the next round for our Customer Service ... role at On." email and was directed to choose my availability. Later, they invited me to an interview, on a specific day and time. So I joined the call, waited... waited... and waited. For 20 minutes. NONE joined my call. I sent an email, asking if everything is okay, and will ever someone will join the call. NO replies. That was 2 weeks ago, I never heard back from them. I spent 3 hours getting ready for that interview, learning the company culture etc. But as a young professional, I was very disappointed with their unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Indeed I learnt that they don't have a culture at all. They could just send a cancellation email, which takes 30 seconds. If I were you, I DEFINITELY wouldn't have worked for that company.
