Initial call with HR employee which was normal interview-like questions to get to know me. They then put you through to next stage with two members (manager & director). They were nice to speak to but interview had no real structure. Both introduced themselves but I was then asked "so what questions do you have for us?" Majority of the interview was me asking about 8-10 questions and them answering. HR employee was very quick at replying and engaging up until this point where I had tried following up. As the previous review states, you will know if you got through to the next stages. If not, you will be ignored.
