I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very nice and efficient process - total 3 weeks. Applied online, recruiter reached out within a day or two. Interviewed with her within a couple days and she was very prompt in setting up the follow up calls. Two phone interviews involving three people total including hiring manager and their manager. Met the team in person the following week and was informed that I did not get the position 7 days after the in-person interviews. No reason provided other than that they found someone who was a better fit. That is my only issue, I would have liked to get more feedback.

Question 1
Standard Behavioral questions (Why OpenText, Why PM, Why will you make a good PM?)
Straight forward, expected questions. It was a series of interviews that went up the chain until the final round. Interviewers seemed distracted and under stress the entire time. One barely spoke a word.
I went through five interviews with various stakeholders about my experience as a PM as well as precise situational questions.
HR never got in touch with me again after the fifth interview.

Question 1
What is the most important part of the delivery phase of a project?
Worst experience. The interviewer is more interested whether the candidate credentials/titles are correct. No interview was on Product Management. stay away from this sick company. Gave feedback to HR and not sure what action will be taken. It is just waste of time
