The hiring managers are very knowledgeable and they are interested in the individual professional experiences and skill sets related to the position. The questions are more related to hard skills in technical and business subjects of interests.

Straight forward, expected questions. It was a series of interviews that went up the chain until the final round. Interviewers seemed distracted and under stress the entire time. One barely spoke a word.
I went through five interviews with various stakeholders about my experience as a PM as well as precise situational questions.
HR never got in touch with me again after the fifth interview.

What is the most important part of the delivery phase of a project?
Worst experience. The interviewer is more interested whether the candidate credentials/titles are correct. No interview was on Product Management. stay away from this sick company. Gave feedback to HR and not sure what action will be taken. It is just waste of time
