I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Paris) in Apr 2020
Interview
That's the worst hiring process I have ever been in my life. I have been approached by a recruiter based in Munich early April. Then I had to wait more than 2 WEEKS !!!!! to have an interview with the Hiring Manage. I did not know that today we have to wait more than two weeks just for an interview. I had to chase this lady in order to know the status of application. That's not normal !!!! Every companies inform job seekers !!! Opentext need seriously not to improve their recruitment process, but review globally the way they are treating their candidate.
I have got an interview and then more than 2 weeks no news I had to again chase the recruiter !!! They don't like being chased they are feeling attacked maybe I mean COME ON !!!!!
After a follow up email I have been ghosted ...
That is disrespectful and it show the culture of this company, if they are ghosting candidate, I am not sure they are respecting clients and employees. No regret, I hope they are thinking of they Employer branding name but I am not sure...
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText
Interview
First call with HR (classic call around motivations, what do we know about the company etc)
Second call with Sales Director (why sales role, why do you want to switch company)
A sales director asked whether I was married and had kids. Pretty inappropriate, I was quite surprised that we keep asking this question in 2024
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Midtown New York) in July 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. You meet with a Human Resources person first then a phone interview with a manager and then an in person interview with the manager.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Sydney) in June 2022
Interview
It was a very thorough interview process. Multiple steps including presenting to senior management. Overall a good process to determine the fit for both parties.
Some delays in moving to the next steps, but clear instructions were given when they did progress you along the different stages.
