The interview process was standard meaning you talk to the recruiter, then the hiring team, followed by an exercise submission to reach the final discussions. It was a fast and straightforward process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Typical HR screening followed by an interview with the hiring manager. There's supposedly 2 more steps: interview with the teammate/s and then the hiring manager's manager.
When asked for specific feedback why I wasn't selected, they promptly replied and answered it, which is uncommon for most large firms.

Interview
I was sent an email requesting a phone interview. The email asked me to provide a few times that I was available in the next few days. I responded and provided a few times, but did not hear back. After a few days, I replied again with a few more times and still did not hear anything back.
Seems realy odd and unprofessional to ghost someone
