Interview
It was a quick and fair process, good communication, second round difficult. High level of knowledge and skills expected, especially thinking under pressure. Nothing else left to say on the process.

First HR round: General tell me about yourself, why optiver, why this role.
Second HR round: Technical assessment - describe how you would design a vulnerability management programme.
Process was smooth and fine, not complex at all
. Its a simple conversation between the HR and the candidate. Interview is conducted via Zoom platform. Max time is 30 mins

They ask about the previous experiences and why you wanted to work in Information security role. Then asked about the recent cybersecurity incident

I didn't get past the HR round. It is supposed to be 3 rounds of interviews.2 techincal rounds after the HR round. I only had HR interview. It was pretty standard
