It took a long time in between meetings and phone screening. The process was very long. In general, they have a problem with processes and the experience was not organized enough. They require a lot of documents and they hold my hiring till getting it, which is a very time-consuming procedure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Orange (Gurgaon, Haryana) in July 2011
Interview
Technical rounds ( 2 ) followed by managerial and HR round
explain day to day working issues and the scenarios.
Questions would be logical and scenario based. No need to cram things .
