Interview
Screening via their recruiter, then a series of interviews (all remote) with the hiring manager, two team members, one peer and two executives. There were seven interviews in total spread out over 6-8 weeks.

Interview
First HR interviewed and told from Oura as a working place. Then I were interviewed in multiple interviews by several different domain experts. Oura really wanted to know that interviewed person fulfills the needs and is also suitable as team player for Oura.
HR gave clear information along each step of the interview process. Meet with the interviewers, each representing a different function in the business, and was able to hear back in a timely matter on the results.

Interview
Interview process was quite thorough, but very interesting. I was informed about the progress quite well throughout the process, and got a lot of valuable feedback all the time. I was also impressed about the level of memos and notes the interviewers made, so that we didn't have to cover the same topic in other interviews.
