There really wasn't one, other than submitting a resume online. It said that higher education could put you into a higher pay bracket, but my education was never checked as far as I know. The process seemed too easy and the orientation/onboarding was a bunch of videos that weren't all that easy to understand. I accepted the offer, but ultimately left shortly after because I felt the whole process was a little sketchy and after doing some digging it seemed that a lot of people weren't getting paid after starting. I then wasn't sure if it was even a real company or not.
