Ovation Travel Group interview questions

When I first interview with them there was a test given when I arrived and advised will call you. Never heard from them until I worked for another agency on account which the account move me over to the new agency-Ovation Travel

Crazy! You have to record yourself on your smart phone answering questions and submit for review. Then you're interviewed by a team of management. Also a Sabre test. Found out later why they test do much....management is clueless!
