Initial phone screen, coding challenge, then in person interview and coding challenge. Before my interview, I felt like I was the smartest person on the bus, but after the interview with OwnLocal, I realized my previous jobs were on the the short bus. These people are very smart. The coding challenge seems easy, but the on site portion is MUCH more difficult. They say you don't need to know ruby or go. Don't try to learn them for the coding challenge. Use a language you know well. Process was slow with several weeks between communication. The most negative part was lack of reimbursement for travel. I never received a No, but my emails around that subject were ignored.
