Three rounds of interviews. The first interview was with HR (15 mins). The second interview was with two current trust officers, where they explained their day-to-day activities and roles and responsibilities (30 mins in length). They didn't ask me any questions; this round was for me to get familiar with the position and its responsibilities. My third interview was with the manager and director, where they asked me some questions. They were supposed to get back to me the week after to let me know if I got the job or not, but they did not, and the recruiter didn't even respond to my follow-up email.
