It was bizarre he wanted to meet in a bar and then proceeded to dodge all of my questions regarding the details of the position. He was willing to discuss goals and requirements but not day-to-day issues.

Well Done, good interview, good experience, they asked about my private life, exeprience, skills, my last salary, my future salary, asked if i had the disponibility to travel, to work on the weekends if necessary
