Very good overview of industry at kick-off. Management seems excited to have new talent joining. Reasonable questions. Not too challenging technical ones, more like to get to familiar with your background. I came in with Ph.D, they would assume I am technically component just to introduce me the new area. Also give us a tour of the plant which is very helpful to envision yourself working here. Very mixed people, technical, maintenance crew.
