I didn't know anyone in the company and applied online. The interview was very structured and followed the STAR format. Two interviewers took turns asking me questions out of a booklet, and then they wrote my answers as I responded. Most of the questions were predictable (which means I had answers prepped ahead of time!). I wasn't asked technical questions, but I did have to describe my technical experience and school projects etc. At the end, I had a chance to ask questions, and then I had to complete a reading/writing exercise which was straight forward.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSEG (Harrison, NJ)
Interview
Straight forward STAR method questions. If your confident in yourself and interviews don’t make you nervous you’ll be perfectly fine. As someone who gets anxiety in interviews, the two people were very patient and kind. Haven’t heard back in a while so Im assuming I got ghosted unfortunately.
