Palantir recruiters were very friendly. However, I have been ghosted twice during the process, interviews reschedule which can be very stressing for a candidate. I had a screening problem solving interview that I passed followed by a behavioral interview. I managed to passed to the on-site interview but weirdly failed. They did not tell me why nor gave me any explanation to why they are not moving forward with my application.

Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.
