I applied through LinkedIn and had an email requesting an interview 4 days later. The phone interview was pleasant, thorough, and quick. I moved forward to interview on-site with 2 project managers (separately). They were about an hour each. Both interviewers were very relaxed and super friendly. I genuinely felt like they just wanted to get to know me as an individual. They went through my resume asking detailed questions but they seemed very interested in my "story" instead of just wanting to hear the right answer. After that, I had a phone interview with another PM on the east coast. It was also very relaxed and comfortable, and thorough. My last interview was in-person with the director of the department. He was even more relaxed than the previous interviewers. I was so impressed with these people and how down to earth they are. Every interview felt like a normal, fluid conversation with people who were genuinely interested in who I was as a person instead of just strictly the lines on my resume.
