Interview
I had two interviews, one with the Head of Talent and one with the team manager. Both conversations felt relaxed and genuine, more like engaging discussions than formal interviews. I really enjoyed talking through the product and the company’s overall strategy, and it made the whole experience insightful and enjoyable.

Easy. Standard sdr interview process. Behavioral to sourcing/outbound companies project to outbound video project to mock sales pitch in that order. Very friendly people. Overall a good interview experience. Still in their early stages of all of their processes so I think they were creating the process while I was in the midst of interviewing
