Very thorough, I went through 3 interview process: 1: Phone interview to give scope of position and a bit of information about company 2: In person interview with HR and Production Manager to ask all of the typical questions of hiring a candidate 3: Impromptu group interview with the management staff, followed by spending hours with each supervisor.
