I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pariveda (Baton Rouge, LA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had met them through the career fair and was invited to have lunch with them where they answered questions. After that I got an email from them wanting to set up a behavioral interview. It was a pleasant interview process, the interviewers were really nice.

Q: How did you face a challenge when working in a group
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pariveda (Provo, UT) in Oct 2022
Interview
They have a first round of just getting to know you a bit more and learning your preferences. Then they have you do an online assessment for math and deduction. THEN you have your final interview which is a behavioral interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you failed and what you did about it.
Started with zoom screen then an aptitude assessment, then another behavioral assessment and a final tech round. Not quite difficult everyone was friendly and nice. Aptitude assessment is weird though it's like a pseudo IQ test.
The process included four steps: initial talk with a recruiter, then a first round personal interview, after that a cognitive exam, and lastly a final interview with manager. Super engaging and nice throughout whole process.
