I interviewed at Penguin for a Campaigns Executive role in December 2023. I submitted a written application, had a first interview virtually, then had to submit a task and finally had a second interview in person at their offices. They asked standard questions about favourite campaigns, a time where i have convinced a colleague to change their mind, how i keep myself attentive to detail and my personal reading interests. It was an enjoyable process overall and I received helpful feedback when I wasn't offered the role.
