My interview with Performics went (I thought) really well. Passed the phone screen, had one-on-ones with 3 different people within the group. They all seemed really exciting and I thought the interview went really well. I sent 'thank you' notes to all of my interviewers. After not hearing anything (not even a simple acknowledgment of my thank you note) from any of them, I assumed that they're still interviewing candidates. I reached out to the recruiter only to get a generic "we'll be in touch". Three weeks went by, at which point I reached out to the recruiter again, both via phone and email only to get absolutely no reply in return. I'm not asking for an essay-style email. A simple "we haven't decided yet" from the recruiter would suffice. At this point, even if I did hear back from the company, I would decline the offer by virtue of how poorly they treat their interviewees. Invest in better-quality recruiters guys!
