*Phone interview basically just asking simple things like if you're still interested, what do you know about pet food or the industry, why this company.
*Physical interview with either a District Manager or a District Manager with HR to accompany. Questions are pretty bland, basic and ask the usual 'can you tell me about a time when...' and what you would do with conflict/drama and your experience in the industry.
*Potentially a second interview, but not always.
*Require a background check approval signed but they do not actual check backgrounds, its just a liability waiver for themselves in case of some incident. This doesn't really protect employees of customers from sex offenders or other dangers to society.
*Does not drug test.
*They probe during questions to find out if you are in school or have other priorities like children. They require 100% flexibility from a would-be employee, wanting the company to be first in their life.
*If you do not let them know of any upcoming plans for the next 90 days and something comes up where you submit a request for time off, even for a weekend off, it will not be approved by default of an unwritten policy. They do not tell you this during the interview.
