Interview
Online assessment, followed by day long Interview day with case competitions, one-on-one interviews, etc. Quite a difficult interview session and far longer than most others, but overall not too challenging.
Interview Questions
Application
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (London, England (UK)) in February 2018.
Interview
Four tasks over the course of a day, two individual tasks - a series of mini interviews with HR staff, and a scenario based task (problem in the supply chain, how do go about fixing this?). First group task revolved around a case study where you had to make decisions based on limited information, had to decide as a team which sources of additional information you may want. Final group task - in a pair with another candidate, present to one another a case for building a factory in one of several locations.
Lunch provided, canapes, salads, etc. Open bar afterwards.
At underground table tennis venue, lack of sunlight over the course of the day, created an uncomfortable atmosphere towards the end.
Was not reimbursed for travel, despite sending receipts - apparently HR person in charge went on annual leave.
Hotel stay provided.

Interview Questions
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Klaipėda (Lithuania)) in June 2014.
Interview
More intense then expected in front of a few different departments managers/supervisors. First half standard interview questions the other half very situational questions focused on my performance in a team environment. Had a follow up phone interview with a supervisor that selected me (very casual conversation)
