Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Lausanne (Switzerland)) in August 2015.

Interview

The interview process went pretty quick. The recruiter was really friendly and updated me on my application along the way. I was based in the UK at the time so the first stage was via Skype.

Once I passed the first stage, I was invited to Lausanne for the face-to-face interview where I presented a business case to a panel.

It was a wonderful experience as the offices in Lausanne are really impressive – much more than I was expecting and the location is overlooking Lake Geneva. Even if I wasn’t successful, it would have been a worthwhile trip.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Lausanne (Switzerland)) in May 2015.

    Interview

I had a skype call first following by an on-site business case. There was a panel interview and everyone was very engaging. I was impressed when I got invited on-site as the offices were a lot bigger than I had anticipated

    Interview Questions

    • The business case was probably the most difficult part which included looking at a sourcing strategy. The other interview questions were pretty standard TA questions that one cannot really prepare for.   Answer Question
