Had 2 interviews, did a "realistic Job" shadow, hiring manager talked about job and even talked about salary as if I was going to get hired, then I never heard from them again, they dont answer emails, or phone calls, don't waste your time applying for them.

Interview
Very unprofessional was texting during the entire interview. would ask questions while I was answering I could hear her typing on her phone, then would finish texting after I finished talking leaving several seconds of nothing after every question. When asked why managers work 50 hours a week at least she said
"because they get paid overtime" which doesn't answer the questions at all. after I asked that question she said " So you are not interested?" to which I replied no I would still consider it if the pay was right, she abruptly ended the call, not giving me a chance to ask any more questions.

Hired on the spot..
But after being the long enough I found out they are desperate. By far the worse job and company you could ever work for. Run away. They are racist men that don't care about anybody. They steal and cover up for each other.
