I attended an interview where I spoke with the sous chef about my previous experience and cooking knowledge. After that, I had a discussion with the executive chef on the same topics.

Interview
The interview process was easy and the employees were very nice. They believed I was the top candidate. They were also looking for an Event Coordinator at this time. Once they found someone, I met her as well. She decided to go with an assistant with more experience.
