I applied online, heard back from them about 2 weeks later to schedule an in person interview. There were two interviewers, both of which acted the exact same. They asked me several technical questions, waited for my response and then gave me a blank stare with absolutely no indication of whether the answer was what they were looking for or now. The questions were extremely general and diverse. I believe the tactic was to look for your expertise along with your confidence in your own abilities.
