I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pinkberry (Mission Home, VA) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was fine. They asked very basic money handling questions. Very easy to understand. Don’t have much to say, but I did not end up working there because I got a better job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pinkberry (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was straightforward, and the manager seemed pretty knowledgeable about the company. There wasn't a formal place to conduct the interview which would have been nice, but you get over it. She laid out some of the company's history and expectations for the job.
