Spent 2 hours on the phone with HR over the course of a week. Then a pre-screening questionnaire that took 3 hours to complete. On-site interviewers were almost an hour late and site staff were not present to provide directions or let me into the building. All of this to be completely ghosted at the end.

A significant amount of time required to do a screening with an HR recruiter who cannot really answer any questions related to the job. It was a waste of time and the company is not worth considering if you an engineer with leverage

The interview was standard. I first interviewed with HR on a video call. After the interview, they asked me to come to the office for a panel interview. I interviewed with three personnel and was given a tour of the facility beforehand.
