Interview
It was conducted in a systematic manner,however no detailed feedback was given.That would have enhanced the process.
Also the psat test was not an accurate measurement of English proficiency as I got high marks in grammar and not in language which the hr pointed out but I don't think it is an ideal measure personally.
It was 5 stage interview , very basic and video chat based interview of 10 questions the. If you get selected they will train you. The training period is also for 30 days including your OJT. Then You can join as a freelancer teacher
