The interview was great , the panel consisted of several lead engineers. The environment is welcoming and seems like the higher level engineers want you to succeed. At the end of the interview they show you around the workplace and the manufacturing warehouse.

Interview
Fairly straightforward. Review of the position and asked questions if I can meet expectations and if I am familiar with the software they use and standards. They also asked about the availability.
The interview began with a warm welcome from the hiring manager, who outlined the agenda and asked the candidate to briefly introduce themselves. The conversation smoothly transitioned to discussing the candidate’s previous work experience, focusing on specific projects and achievements.
The candidate was asked to elaborate on their approach to handling tight deadlines and managing team conflicts. They provided detailed examples that demonstrated problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
