Interview
Phone conversations with an HR representative followed by a technical interview with a more senior engineer. Relatively fast paced, and people will get back to you in a reasonable time frame.

Initial basic round to test if you are apt for the next round.
Followed by a second technical round where it focuses more on the tech mentioned.
And then one more technical round.

3 rounds of interviews: Lead Engineer, Director, and VP. Granularity of technical questions decreases as you move up the chain. Interviews were about 30 minutes each. Process took about 1 month total.
