Informal and relaxed over Zoom and in person. Varied questions and opportunity to talk. Open and honest discussion about level and the process and room for development. Asked to present a prepared task.
Two-part process, first part is a telephone interview covering various experience and personality questions followed by a face-to-face interview and tour of the Deepdale ground and roles of the job if successful.
