I applied a few months ago. 2 weeks ago I got an email to schedule a phone interview for the following week. The interview consisted of first speaking to the recruiter, followed by an interview in Spanish with an employee in California. Lasted about 30 minutes total. Questions in English and Spanish were to learn about me, my experience and my interests.
That same night at around midnight(6 hours after the phone interview) I received an email to schedule an in person interview for the following week.
Two days ago, Monday, I went in for an interview that lasted about an hour and a half. The interview was awesome. I got a brief tour of the building when I arrived. I was very pleased to see how friendly everyone I interacted with was. Even the employees working would look over and smile and wave. Could definitely feel the positive energy all along.
The interview it self was very friendly. They like to get to know the person and their interests as well as asking for some extra information regarding things in the resume and then I was shown some of the programs that are used in the position. The last part of the interview once again was in Spanish, where they asked some of the same questions previously asked in English, and then did a small assessment where I had to translate to spanish certain instructions that were given to me written in English.
Once everything was done, I was given another little tour on the way to the main door. I was very impressed by everyone's welcoming attitude. I am very excited to embark on a new adventure with Procore.
